Transitioning to In-House Marketing
When I joined Solitec, most of the marketing activities were handled externally. One of my key responsibilities was to transition this entirely in-house.
From digital advertising to content creation and reporting. This allowed for more control, speed, and alignment with company goals.
Digital Advertising & Social Media
I managed advertising campaigns on Google (SEA) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Over time, I expanded our social presence to LinkedIn and TikTok, adapting our content to each platform’s audience and tone. I also maintained a structured social media calendar and optimized post performance based on analytics.
